When the architecture studio MMO Arquitectos designed the building that would house the Marineda City Commercial Centre, no one could have imagined that the result of this project would be so spectacular and exclusive. Its splendid architecture opens the various spaces around a luminous central square, covered by an impressive glass ceiling. And the floors are covered by a truly special Angola Black granite with unparalleled beauty. The floors have the uniform and orderly structure of this Natural Stone and the magic gleam of the crystalline reflections that characterise it, and are as tough as can be, which is essential in order to withstand the 15 million visitors a year received by this magnificent shopping centre, without looking the worse for wear.

For the building's outer walls, the architects at MMO chose South Africa Black granite, which gives the building an elegant and sober dark grey colour. From all the finishes available, the Leather finish was selected, since it can withstand the inclement weather of Galicia.
