Green House Building
Budapest, Hungary
Green House is a leading construction model in Europe thanks to technical materials such as Techlam, which yields significant energy savings and facilitates thermal and acoustic insulation
Green House is characterised by being environmentally friendly, since it boasts the LEED Platinum certificate awarded by the USGBC. This is why its façade covered by Techlam was recognised in the sustainable architecture ceramic category in 2014 at the CID Awards in the United States. It's a joint design of the Swedish architecture studio White Arkitekter AB and the Hungarian team at DPi Design Kft.

Techlam: Unlimited & Amazing.
The building has been covered with large, dark cladding that gives the complex a sober and elegant look.
The real surprise, however, is in the architectural elements that jut out from the lateral façades. Intended to be viewpoints and coated with weathered steel, they provide an amazing aesthetic dynamism. This lively colour yields an extraordinary contrast with the black tone of porcelain. Stunning, Green House reaffirms, thanks to Techlam®, that sustainability and beauty are possible.
