The complaint can also be filed verbally by calling 0034 660 178 495 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
The complaint can be made anonymously or by providing identifying details, with the complainant indicating whether they wish to receive information on the progress of the case.
The information provided will be treated confidentially, and the complaint will be processed in accordance with the procedure set out in Act 2/2023 of 20 February, which regulates the protection of persons reporting regulatory and anti-corruption violations (LPPIILC).
