Warm browns with light veins, luxurious blacks and deep and soothing blues adorn the common areas, offices and bathrooms

The innate elegance and simplicity of the Blue Night and Black KR granites and Emperor Brown marble, together with their mechanical strength and hardness, is very present throughout the office building, leading to highly functional, modern and very elegant spaces thanks to their colour tones and wealth of finishes. Warm browns with light veins, luxurious blacks and deep and soothing blues adorn the common areas, offices and bathrooms, giving this project a unique identity, with an approximate area of around 25,000 m2, which looks out at the city of Medellin with a green wall on its façade and a green terrace on the top storey.
