COMPLAINTS CHANNEL

LEVANTINA makes available to anyone involved with the companies in its group a channel to report any irregularity, non-compliance or behaviour that they become aware of that may result in a violation of the law, the Code of Ethics or the values of the Group over the course of its activity.

This channel provides for direct, secure, confidential and anonymous communication between the informer and the control body.

The information may be sent in writing to the email address canal.información@levantina.com or by post to CANAL DE INFORMACIÓN – Autovía Madrid-Alicante, km. 382, 03660 Novelda (Alicante). The complaint can also be filed verbally by calling 0034 660 178 495 from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday.


The complaint can be made anonymously or by providing identifying details, with the complainant indicating whether they wish to receive information on the progress of the case.

The information provided will be treated confidentially, and the complaint will be processed in accordance with the procedure set out in Act 2/2023 of 20 February, which regulates the protection of persons reporting regulatory and anti-corruption violations (LPPIILC).

The personal data provided, if any, will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection law in order to process the complaint and comply with the obligations established in the LPPIILC. The complainant may exercise their data protection rights (access, rectification, deletion, limit processing and objection) by sending an email to the complaints channel, canal.informacion@levantina.com, to ensure the confidentiality of the information.

This Channel will not process or forward communications, claims or incidents of a commercial, invoicing or customer service nature, meaning any such communications must be processed through their specific channels.
